The School of History, Classics and Archaeology can offer you the opportunity to spend an academic year studying in Europe at one of the prestigious universities with which we have an exchange agreement.
Undergraduates may apply to spend the Junior Honours/ third year continuing the study of your degree subject by attending classes given in the main language of your host country.
PhD students may apply to spend an academic year (shorter periods may be possible) carrying out your own research and improving language skills in your host country.
Admission to these programmes is highly competitive and places are limited.
Entry is conditional upon academic achievement and (where relevant) language skills.
