Externally, the North and mid roof
works and window renovations are complete.
Roof works are 95% complete and windows
approx 65% complete. All of the rooflights
are now installed and most of the roof scaffold
is being dismantled.
Internally, heating is now active on the
2nd floor mezzanine, 2nd floor, 1st floor
mezzanine and 1st floor. Power and lights
are on in the 2nd floor mezzanine. Floor
finishes are progressing on 4 floors and
lift installation is ongoing.
Samples of loose furniture are being viewed
and selected.

Externally, the North section of the roof
works is progressing well along with rot
treatment, leadwork, rooflights, tiles and
timber alterations. The extreme North section
is nearing completion. Window replacement
and re-instatement works are progressing
including the alterations to the existing
steel windows.
Internally, the 1st fix partitions have
been erected in most areas with 2nd fix
commenced on level 2 mezzanine. 1st fix
mechanical and electrical installations
are complete on the upper two levels and
have now commenced on level 1 mezzanine.
Joinery items such as ramps, timber raised
floors, the metal spiral stair and plywood
to floors is progressing well.
