Turkish Fonts
This site uses Turkish characters enabling those with a Turkish Character Set installed to view them properly. However the pages currently have a standard western encoding, because if I used the Turkish encoding those without the appropriate character set would receive a microsoft download demand for each page viewed.
If you have an installed Turkish Character Set and want to see the pages as they should be then do the following:
In the View menu, select encoding (character set in Netscape) and then select Turkish
In fact this problem only affects 2 characters so if you can't be bothered with all of this (you've done well to read this far) just remember the following.....
þ - this is an "s cedilla" (pron. "sh"),
which may appear as a "p" shape.
ý - this is an undotted "i" but may appear as a "y" with
an accute accent.
I'm working on this problem so please bear with me.......
